• Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. For personalized items (Engraved Pens), please allow an additional 24 hours for precision crafting.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India with no minimum purchase required.
• Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our Express Shipping option at checkout for priority dispatch and faster transit.Note: Additional charges apply for Express Shipping, calculated based on your location at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to monitor your package in real-time.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

1. Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• To initiate a return, please share an unboxing video and photos of the defect via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized Products: Items like "Custom Name Engraved Pens" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or engraving error on our part.
• Sacred Items: Rudraksha and spiritual items once worn or used in rituals cannot be returned due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
