Refund policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

1. Returns & Replacements

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

• To initiate a return, please share an unboxing video or photos of the defect via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized Products: Items like "Custom Name Engraved Pens" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or engraving error on our part.

• Sacred Items: Rudraksha and spiritual items once worn or used in rituals cannot be returned due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
