Refund policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

1. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

To initiate a return, please share an unboxing video or photos of the defect via WhatsApp or Email.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Products: Items like "Custom Name Engraved Pens" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or engraving error on our part.

Sacred Items: Rudraksha and spiritual items once worn or used in rituals cannot be returned due to hygiene and spiritual sanctity.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our warehouse, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
